Hey there! I'm Lee - the founder and head coach at Brave Academy

From the time I was a kid, I knew deep down that I was meant for something big - something in the world of entrepreneurship. I got my first taste of it while working at my grandpa's furniture store on weekends, trying to support my family after my dad passed away. Those early experiences shaped me and ignited a burning passion for business.

As a teenager, I found myself in the construction industry, learning the ropes and working my way up. But it was when I stepped into the hospitality field that everything changed. Helping to lead a team and develop people became my true calling, and I knew I had found my purpose.

In 2013, I took the plunge and founded EMMCO, a hospitality consulting business in the UK. We were all about coaching bars and restaurants to be the best they could be, focusing on top-notch customer service.

My journey eventually led me to Canada, where I tackled new challenges head-on. I built a moving franchise from the ground up, turning it into a 7-figure revenue business that became a major player in residential and commercial logistics. And just when I thought that was enough, I ventured into another franchise - a residential painting service - and worked tirelessly to turn it into another 7-figure revenue generator, earning a reputation that we're truly proud of.

Now, Brave is all about working with over 60 companies in the home service and trades field, helping them become true leaders in their industries.

Speaking of which, when I'm not busy helping our amazing Brave clients, you can find me cherishing quality time with my wife, Danielle, and our adorable 2-year-old daughter, Peyton on our many travels or deep in the backcountry enjoying nature.
